A deposit by bank transfer will be taken when the booking is finalised; the balance to be paid on arrival.
CANCELLATION
The cancellation policy of this lodging is that laid down in Article 43-2 of the Legislation (Ley Turistica de Establecimientos Hoteleros del Principado de Asturias), which says:
- If the cancellation is notified with more than 15 days notice, then the deposit will be returned, minus 12€ administration fee.
- If the cancellation is notified with more than 7 and less than 15 days notice, then the establishment may retain 50% of the deposit, minus 12€ administration fee.
- If the cancellation is notified within the 7 days prior to the proposed stay, then the deposit taken to formalise the reservation will be lost and remain with the proprietor.
